• Users may manually terminate sessions and trigger deletion
• The Service does not guarantee exact deletion timing
• The Service does not guarantee complete removal from all underlying systems immediately

The Service must not be used as a storage or backup solution.

Certain features may use artificial intelligence. By actively using such features, you acknowledge that:

• Your content may be processed by AI systems
• Processing may involve third-party infrastructure
• Results may be inaccurate or incomplete

Use of AI features is entirely optional and at your own risk.

You are solely responsible for all files uploaded or processed, ensuring you have the legal right to use such files, and ensuring compliance with applicable laws.

You must not:

• Upload unlawful, harmful, or infringing content
• Violate intellectual property rights
• Use the Service for illegal purposes
• Attempt to abuse, overload, or disrupt the Service

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". We make no warranties regarding availability or uptime, accuracy or quality of output, compatibility with file formats, or data integrity or preservation.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Holzlink UG (haftungsbeschränkt) shall not be liable for:

• Loss of data or files
• File corruption or processing errors
• Interruptions or downtime
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Use of the Service is entirely at your own risk.

You acknowledge that files may be lost, deleted, or corrupted at any time, and that processing may fail or produce incorrect results.

You must always maintain your own backups.

We reserve the right to limit file sizes, session duration, or usage; restrict or block users in case of abuse; and prioritize system stability over individual usage.

The Service may introduce paid features, subscriptions, or premium plans. If such services are offered, additional terms may apply, payments may be handled by third-party providers, fees may change at any time, and access may be suspended for non-payment.

No guarantee is made that any feature will remain free.

The Service may rely on third-party infrastructure providers (e.g., hosting, storage, AI processing). We are not responsible for their availability, performance, or data handling practices.

The Service is designed to minimize data collection. However, complete anonymity cannot be guaranteed, and technical data may be processed by infrastructure providers.

All rights to the Service remain with Holzlink UG (haftungsbeschränkt). You retain ownership of your uploaded files, but grant a temporary license necessary for processing.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Holzlink UG (haftungsbeschränkt) from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from your use of the Service, your uploaded content, or your violation of these Terms.

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service at any time, restrict access without notice, and introduce new limitations or features.

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Germany, excluding conflict-of-law rules.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force.
